Jimmy Miller / Rolling Stones record producer
Jimmy Miller (1942 - 1994) American music producer, based in London at this period, working at Olympic Sound Studios. Jimmy Miller with lighting cameraman in the back ground who is taking light readings (with a Sekonic light meter) in preparation for filming of an interview of Miller by Hugh Curry a former radio disk jockey for CHUM-FM Toronto now on an assignment as a TV music reporter for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation CBC. Miller produced the quintessential Rolling Stones albums from 1968 to 1973 including: Beggars Banquet; Let it Bleed; Sticky Fingers; Exile on Main Street and more. Miller also produced the recording of other music super groups including: Traffic; The Spencer Davis Group; Blind Faith, and many others. Jimmy Miller was a lot of fun, good vibes and in a way quite modest in the interview about his important role, when one considers the quality of work he was producing.
