Tony Blair who has been a strong advocate for war, is widely credited with spearheading Britain’s entry into the immensely unpopular war against Iraq. The contraversal lecture attracts a silent peace demonstration by, Pax Chrisi the worldwide Catholic movement for peace, and also a loud and peaceful demonstration by, Stop the War Coalition.
